We also accept your parcels every day and forward them to an address of your choice in Switzerland or abroad on Fridays or daily, depending on your choice.

Can I also pick up my mail?

Yes. You can collect your mail from us during office hours on working days.

Can I also have my mail sent to me by e-mail?

Yes. If you wish, we can open your letter mail, scan the documents and send them to you in encrypted form by e-mail.

Will it work without a c/o?

If you do not want a c/o address, we will label our mailbox directly with your address. In this case, our address is also your company address. The address would then be: Your company name, street, postal code/city.

Do you pass on my correct address to third parties?

No. Your personal details are subject to strict Swiss data protection regulations. The only exception are judicial and official orders in connection with criminal proceedings. In this case, we are obliged to pass on your contact or address data to the authorities.
